The Story:
This original abstract painting came from wanting the colours to dictate the story on the canvas while using sweeping motions, mixing the paint with a luscious looking technique.
The harmony of the colours seem to spiral and conjures up the emotions and feelings of comfort. The way the ridges and canvas reflects light allows for the colours to produce different sensations to the eye, elevating the visual experience.
It reminds me of a certain scripture verse speaking of how God himself is wrapped in light.
